Steve Lozano Steve Lozano - The Accused

Steve is a graduate of UCLA, where he received a degree in World Art And Cultures with a concentration in Theatre. During his time in Los Angeles he was in such stage productions as The Winter's Tale and spent time traveling with a company called Kaleidoscope Theatre. There were also a few student films thrown in there, which he hopes never see the light of day. Past stage credits also include, LLoyd Dallas in Noises Off and Bernardo in West Side Story. This is Steve's third production with Lambda Players. He was last seen in Jeffrey, playing nine different characters, and Love! Valour! Compassion!, playing Ramon Fornos. Steve would like to thank his family and friends for their never-ending support. He would also like to give thanks to Kurt for seeing that he can play a falsely accused chiropractor! He is excited to be working with such a talented cast and crew. In closing, Steve would like you to know he is a Virgo who enjoys long walks on the beach, watching The Facts of Life,and dreaming about World Peace!

Slava Bekker Slava Bekker

A Chicagoan through and through, Slava is thrilled to be involved in the production of David Mamet’s Romance! A Chemistry student by day, she has been a part of Lambda Players since the summer of 2008, when they welcomed her into the fold and entrusted her with stage management of Sappho in Love. Since then she sporadically reappeared in the light and sound booth, doing her best to keep the stage illuminated. She would like to express her enormous gratitude to the director of Romance, Kurt Kurtis, and the talented and hilarious cast for allowing for such a wonderful experience. 

Brian Judd Brian Judd - The Prosecutor

After a several year sabbatical, Brian Judd makes his return to the Lambda stage in the first ever performance that does not require him to wear women's clothing. You may remember him as Bennie in Southern Baptist Sissies, which also starred Director Kurt Kurtis and arch-rival Kevin Leonard. While Brian is extremely proud to be playing The Prosecutor, he is even happier that he doesn't have to strap on 10 lbs worth of tits. Brian is honored to work on stage with such a truly talented groups of actors. Brian would like to thank Liza for being a mess, and Tom for being a big girl.

David Stewart David Stewart - The Bailiff

His last will and biography -

David W. Stewart being of unsound mind and hot body does offer the following background in theatre. He started out in theatre in 1967 when the doctor caught him flying across the delivery room and spanked his little booty. Later in life, in 1977, he was cast in a play called Peter Pan, where he played Captain Hook. In 1979 he was a member of the cast of Oklahoma. He was also cast in Shakespeare’s Macbeth in grade school. Years passed and he started volunteering behind the scenes with Lambda Players in 2004 with various productions as techie, props, and set building. He worked in the production of Party and later made his nude debut on stage as a Swedish Go-Go boy in Key West. He is currently serving as Vice President on the Board of Lambda Players and heads up fundraisers. He is also involved with other various community organizations around Sacramento.

Michael Flood Michael Flood - The Defense

Michael has been performing since the age of five when his father offered his services for a production of Brigadoon. Some of his favorite past roles include Valmont in Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Oscar Wolfe in The Royal Family, Mr. Collins in Pride and Prejudice, King Henry in Henry IV, pt. 1, Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing, his Various Roles in The Laramie Project, and David Bliss in Hay Fever. He has also enjoyed performing in a number of musicals with Titanic, Jesus Christ Superstar, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, and The Fantasticks topping his list. This is Michael’s second production with LAMBDA where he was last seen as Big Daddy in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.

In addition to acting, Michael enjoys directing and writing with a number of original works produced and more on the way. In addition to theatrical endeavors, Michael has been an AP awarded film columnist and is currently working to get his first screenplay produced.
