After leaving the bar-scene in search of something more meaningful, Chris hasn't been on a date in four years. Enter Richard, a popular morning DJ who's searching for the man of his dreams. Their best friends have fixed them up on a blind date. By the end of the evening the two polar opposites have found they fit together perfectly. When the two decide to move in together, they face more challenges than just which couch to keep.

Diane is Richard's slightly insane, muscle-relaxer popping, best friend and fag-hag. The other obstacle is Chris' parents, who have come by to meet the new boyfriend, only Chris still thinks they don't know he's gay.
