The road to Burnt Fields has been long, with many challenges along the way; yet a road filled with wonder and awe and a journey well
worth the effort. We would not be able to present the play in it’s current form or truly see Burnt Fields come to life without the
tremendous amount of support that we have received from volunteers, local business owners and others in the community.
We would truly like to acknowledge and give our deepest thanks to:
Jackie Schultz for taking on the role of Miss Shelby, getting props, assisting with costuming and making sure
that all of the characters are appropriately dressed, helping with music, helping with set building, cleaning the theatre (over and over
again), her friendship and all of her support and input on this production.
Mark Hoffman for taking the role of Captain Tyler, stepping in as musical director, creating written sheet music for some of Jimmy’s
songs, and the wonderful added element of live music he has brought to Burnt Fields.

could look there best.
Michael Rumsey and Curtis Brown for taking the cheap wigs and making them and the women of Burnt Fields look beautiful.
